Your data

Export everything, how long call recordings are kept, and deleting your workspace.

  • Settings → Data controls → Export downloads your customers, leads, jobs and money records as one file. It works even if your plan has ended: the lock screen has Download my data.
  • Settings → Activity log shows what Orvius did on each call and what your team changed, and downloads as CSV.
  • Settings → Data controls → Danger zone deletes your workspace.

How long things are kept

  • Call recordings, transcripts and voicemail: deleted 24 months after the call.
  • Alert history: 180 days. Raw provider logs: 90 days.
  • Customers, jobs, invoices and the activity log: kept while your workspace exists.

Every call opens by telling the caller it may be recorded and is answered by an automated receptionist. Who processes your data: Privacy policy and Security.
